Cheyenne Skye Wolfe, 15, of Millersville, ran away from Penn Manor High School on Oct. 18 around 10 a.m., according to a release by police.
Wolfe may have gone to York City and could "be residing with associates," as the release states.
Wolfe is described as a white female with hazel eyes and red hair who is 5 feet and 6 inches tall.
Anyone with information about Wolfe's whereabouts should call The Pennsylvania State Police-Lancaster at 717-299-7650 and ask to speak with Trooper Yannelli.
